Meet Owner/Operator Andrew Head
Andrew Head is the Owner
and Operations Manager for 805 Appliance repair. His primary responsibilities include: logistics,
finances, marketing and customer relations. Prior to the creation of 805 Appliance
Andrew spent the last 12 years at management positions with fortune 500
corporations, both in construction and home services/appliance repair
industries. He has been awarded several prestigious JD Power and Associates and
Industry specific awards for individual performance in customer service as well
as leadership, excellence, and operations management.

Andrew has a very simple
business strategy; to provide world-class customer service while providing
quality repairs with the highest respect for customer’s property, time and
well-being. His goal is to earn the trust of and to build lifelong
relationships, with our customers.
Andrew holds a bachelors
degree in Geology from Sacramento State University. He resides in Nipomo with
his loving and supportive wife and his two beautiful daughters. Andrew is an
avid sportsman and runner. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing, BBQing
and most importantly spending quality time with family and friends.
Meet Our Owner/Operator/Master Technician
Our Master Technician's primary role at 805 Appliance
is performing in Home appliance repairs, technical training, staffing and
inventory management. He has over 16 years of residential appliance repair
and is factory trained to work on refrigeration, cooking, laundry and dish appliance
products. In addition, he is factory certified by most major appliance
manufactures as a certified trainer.

Prior to 805 Appliance our Master Technician has worked as an in home field technician for one of the nation’s largest
service providers, there he earned the position of Lead Mentor Tech where he
was responsible for training new hires, providing training and guidance to
newly hired technicians and was the point person for difficult and complex jobs.
Our Master Technician holds certification
from Sequoia Institute specializing in refrigeration and HVAC systems. He is
also EPA certified for refrigerant handling and is registered with the Bureau
of Electronics and Appliance repair. He resides in Santa Maria with his
amazing wife and is a proud parent of four wonderful children. Our Master Technician devotes
all of his spare time to his children's sports and is highly active in his
community's volunteer programs.
